N Start: 09/29/25 - 01/02/2026 Job Description: Lead Workday Learning implementations and optimization initiatives, focusing on strategy, configuration, and integration of learning programs within the broader Workday HCM and ERP ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for diverse clients, including learning process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Ensure all engagements align with financial and cost management policies while maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance, and user experience.
Qualifications:
Workday Learning Certification required. Minimum of five years of experience in ERP and HCM implementations, including upgrades and configuration of learning management systems. Completion of at least one full-cycle Workday implementation involving the Learning module. Strong verbal and analytical communication skills, with the ability to produce publication-quality documentation and learning content. In-depth understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality, particularly in areas related to learning delivery, content management, compliance tracking, and learner engagement. A minimum of five years of Workday Financials implementation and upgrade experience. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred. Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials Strong verbal, Documentation and analytical skills Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
