The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receiving, shipping, and general administration tasks within the facility. This role involves handling paperwork, inventory, data entry, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Pay & Hours

Hours

: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay

: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

Receiving & Shipping

Coordinate plant receiving, drum staging, and profile access and printing.

Create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads.

Generate TPO shipping papers for rejected materials.

Data Entry & Documentation

Input data into WIN, Powersuite, and other local databases.

Maintain plant paperwork, truck-to-truck paperwork, and lab data.

Track drum and bulk movements through WIN.

Maintain trailer inventories and file data in shared Outlook files.

Administrative Duties

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organizing.

Handle administrative tasks as required by supervisors.

Manage supply inventory and ensure proper housekeeping and best management practices.

Adhere to all applicable Clean Harbors policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and Clean Harbors' health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required.

General Studies or related field preferred.

Experience

0 to 3 years of experience in facility support or a similar role.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including data entry and inventory management systems.

Requirements

Ability to perform essential physical functions as required for the job, including sitting, standing, and light lifting.

Proficiency in using tracking systems, databases, and general office equipment.

Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols for handling hazardous materials.
