Marketing Operations Manager

plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of client account management, and project workflows. This position oversees a team of Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, drive results, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Oversee and support Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and client expectations.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Client Project & Process Optimization

Manage the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client objectives are met.

Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Monitor project performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

Strategic Oversight

Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide insights into campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Maintain a high-level view of ongoing campaigns, ensuring strategic consistency across accounts.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as an escalation point for account-related challenges and client concerns.

Work closely with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations and drive results.

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition between strategy, execution, and reporting.

Performance & Reporting

Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or account management.

Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, client management, and workflow optimization.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
