Join us as the Senior Digital Campaign Manager at dentsu!
In this dynamic role, you will take charge of managing digital campaigns for a variety of clients across the dentsu agency portfolio, including Carat, dentsuX, and iProspect. You will support account leadership to ensure that campaigns are delivered efficiently and meet performance benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include insightful data analysis, effective communication of optimizations to clients and internal teams, and overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure smooth campaign execution.
As a seasoned expert in digital campaign strategy, you will translate briefs into effective campaign strategies and tactical plans within buying platforms. You will lead a team of digital and programmatic specialists, providing guidance and support while prioritizing project management and team development.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution and optimization of all digital and programmatic media campaigns to meet and exceed benchmarks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client operations daily.
Lead and mentor a team of digital experts, providing hands-on support when necessary.
Communicate campaign performance insights and respond to inquiries regarding technology and optimization.
Conduct advanced optimizations and train team members on best practices within platforms.
Ensure quality assurance across all campaigns, reporting, and billing for client-ready deliverables.
Articulate the dentsu value proposition and technology offerings to enhance client engagement.
Negotiate effectively with partners to address individual brand needs.
Contribute to new business pitches with leadership support.
Provide strategic insights and recommend innovative tactics to foster account growth.
Manage new client onboarding processes as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in the programmatic and digital advertising industry.
Proven leadership experience managing a team is required.
Expertise in programmatic technology, including DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms.
Experience with troubleshooting and auditing deals.
Collaborative mindset and strong team player.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $110,400, based on various factors including experience and skills. Comprehensive benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance, 401k, flexible paid time off, and more.
