Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities, including sitework, concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel, MEP, and finishes. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to meet project milestones. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control throughout each phase. Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues proactively and maintain project momentum. Lead daily meetings, maintain clear site documentation, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of superintendent experience managing tilt-wall, big box retail, or large industrial projects. Strong technical understanding of concrete tilt-wall systems, structural coordination, and large-scale site logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and oversee multiple trades simultaneously. Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide. Proficiency in construction technology (experience with Procore preferred). AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
