Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for tilt-wall projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve on-site issues and provide effective solutions to minimize project delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Travel frequently to project sites as required by the job.
