Job Summary: People & Learning Coordinator (Chicago, IL)
Support administration and coordination of onboarding and training programs. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful learning experiences, ensuring content accuracy and consistency. Manage project timelines and deliverables using Smartsheet; participate in weekly planning meetings. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support People & Learning programs. Update and maintain training materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations. Oversee learning sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), including scheduling, attendance tracking, and credit assignment. Summarize feedback from surveys to evaluate and improve learning programs. Draft and manage program communications, including emails and event reminders. Provide logistical and onsite support for training events, including setup and material preparation. Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal communication teams for automated messaging. Utilize Kahoot! and other digital tools to enhance learning experiences. Must have previous experience in hospitality or learning program coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. 1–2 years of professional experience required; leadership or support experience preferred.
