Department Summary As a technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to millions. We will provide the necessary training to help you create valuable customer experiences, connecting families to innovative technology in every home you visit. What You'll Do: Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on how to use their tech effectively and recommend additional services when beneficial.
