Overview

The Marketing Science Partner will play a pivotal role within our marketing science team, bridging the gap between analytics and client solutions. Operating at the intersection of analysis and consulting, this role supports our advertising business by delivering actionable insights on ad performance and optimization. In this client-facing position, you will work closely with sales partners and key advertising teams to showcase the value derived from robust measurement and experimentation practices. This role involves significant collaboration with a Turkey-based business unit operating out of London, requiring not only deep analytical capabilities but also proficiency in Turkish language communication.

Key Responsibilities Client Partnership & Consulting: Serve as a strategic consultant to large-scale clients (including those in the UK and Turkey) by translating complex data analyses into actionable business insights. Engage directly with client-facing teams to develop innovative measurement strategies and optimize advertising spend.

Market Analysis & Measurement: pply rigorous market analytical experience to evaluate various advertising metrics and design methods to measure advertising performance. Ensure methodologies incorporate best practices and are tailored to meet client objectives.

Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and other advertising partners, to align on strategic projects and ensure seamless delivery of analytical insights. Present clear, concise performance reports and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Experimentation & Reporting: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to test advertising effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance, analyze experimental data, and report outcomes to inform business strategy.

Specialized Model Development (Good to Have): Contribute to projects involving the development and implementation of advanced marketing mix models (MMM) and attribution models (AGM). Leverage in-house experimentation models to further enhance campaign analysis.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Turkish Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in reading and writing in Turkish is critical for handling communications and documentation with Turkish business partners.

Market Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in market analysis, with a deep understanding of various measurement methodologies. bility to assess and choose appropriate analytical tools and models to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.

Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated success in roles that require direct engagement with clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations.

Desirable Skills

Experience in Model Building: Experience in building and implementing Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Attribution Models (AGM).

Experimentation Models: Hands-on experience with running in-house experimentation models to optimize advertising strategies.
