is looking for a

compassionate, dependable CNA

to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll support patients with daily care needs, assist nurses with basic procedures, and help keep our care environment clean, safe, and supportive.

What You'll Do: Assist patients with daily activities: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Take and record vital signs, weights, and fluid intake/output Support nurses with basic care procedures and specimen collection Help prepare patient rooms for admissions and discharges Provide compassionate care in our ER and inpatient settings Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times What We're Looking For:

The average Salary for this position is $20.00 - $22.90 an hour, depending on years of experience.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to fulfill the expectations of this position as indicated in the measures of effectiveness and meet the physical requirements of the position as defined in this role summary. Mechanical lifts, telephone equipment, carts, wheel chairs, positioning devices, mechanical beds, resident beds, thermometers (digital, glass, tympanic), stethoscope, blood pressure equipment and other resident care equipment as deemed necessary. Support Fall River Health Services vision and mission. Maintain confidentiality of all work information. Demonstrate an ability to function successfully in a team environment. Exhibit courteous, compassionate and respectful treatment of internal and external customers. Displays a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations. Participates in identifying problems and suggesting solutions. Education and Experience:

Must have certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant through the South Dakota Board of Nursing or Must have current South Dakota Certification
