Requirements

The Nurse Aide (NA) must be able to:

Obtain Certified Nursing Assistant .certification through the South Dakota Board of Nursing within 4 months of employment. Read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions See and hear well enough

to monitor residents' physical and mental health and notice any changes Communicate clearly

with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members Perform

medium to heavy lifting , including helping move residents and handling equipment or supplies Frequently

reach, bend, walk, and stand

as part of daily tasks
