Load balancing methods (Round Robin, Least Connections, Weighted Least Response Time)
Persistence and Stickiness (Source IP, Session Cookie, SSL ID-based persistence)
Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) directing users to the closest/healthiest data center.
SSL offloading, re-encryption, and SSL bridging.
