Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range:

$45,000-$68,000 annually, DOE

What You'll Do Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and material s. Plan and manage inventory to meet operational and customer requirements. Execute the purchasing of parts, materials, and services while ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage supplier selection, performance, and corrective action as needed. Expedite materials and adjust allocations to satisfy supply chain needs. Oversee ERP systems management, including data analysis and reporting. Support and reconcile inventory counts, surveys, and adjustments. Process warranty and contract performance claims. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts , ensuring cost, quality, and delivery goals are achieved . Resolve invoice discrepancies and procurement-related issues quickly and effectively. Prioritize urgent procurement needs such as expedited and AOG ( aircraft on ground ) orders. Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and the Safety Management System. What We're Looking For

High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience. Proven experience managing purchasing portfolios in a global environment. Strong knowledge of business economics, cost structures, contracts, and market dynamics. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Knowledge of program management tools and conflict resolution strategies.
