About the Role
We are hiring an IT Tech Support professional to join our client's Global IT Service Desk team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting internal employees with first-line IT support via voice and chat. You'll be part of a global team, delivering best-in-class client care while expanding your skills in IT troubleshooting and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to internal employees via phone and live chat channels. Troubleshoot applications, proprietary systems, and basic hardware/software issues. Manage and document multiple chat sessions simultaneously while meeting service desk performance and quality metrics. Escalate unresolved issues to second-line teams with clear, detailed ticket documentation. Collaborate with global service desk partners to ensure consistent client care and issue resolution. What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Customer Support. Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office Suite/Office 365, and basic troubleshooting.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and consistently meet performance goals. Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Compensation Hourly Rate:
$19 - $21 per hour
