KIHOMAC
Develop and maintain barcode scanning capabilities and integrations with BMC Remedy/Helix systems
Provide hardware support for Zebra Technologies and Motorola Solutions handheld barcode scanners
Maintain and support Seagull Scientific Bartender applications and label templates
Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to mobile hardware and Mobile Reach applications
Support mobile applications and their interfaces with BMC Remedy asset, ITSM, and property management systems
Maintain and support BMC Remedy/Helix systems with a focus on mobile integrations
Plan, test, implement, and support system upgrades across all mobile and barcode platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve application failures to minimize operational disruption
Provide on-site support through occasional travel to geographically separated locations
Deliver training and hardware support to customers utilizing Zebra Technologies and Motorola Solutions handheld barcode scanners
Interface with cross-functional team members to ensure cross-platform module compatibility and standardization
Collaborate on integration projects to maintain system cohesion
Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Must have, or obtain within 90 days of start, a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+)
Experience:
3+ years of directly related developer experience
Experience in barcode systems development and integration
Experience supporting mobile hardware, specifically Zebra Technologies and Motorola Solutions handheld barcode scanners
Experience maintaining and supporting Seagull Scientific Bartender applications and label templates
Experience with mobile hardware and Mobile Reach applications
Experience supporting mobile applications and their interfaces with BMC Remedy asset, ITSM, and property management systems
Experience maintaining and supporting BMC Remedy/Helix systems, with a focus on mobile integrations
Experience planning, testing, implementing, and supporting system upgrades across mobile and barcode platforms
Experience troubleshooting and resolving application failures
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary:
$105,000 - 120,000 Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
