HVAC Technician
to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a 5-star experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless units, etc.) Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance Ensure all work is up to code and complies with safety regulations Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, options, and recommendations Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications:
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Valid EPA Universal Certification required TDLR HVAC license (or apprentice card) required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer:
