Role Expectations Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and curate tailored treatment plans Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and appropriate home exercises Maintain comprehensive documentation for evaluations, treatments, and progress as per facility and regulatory standards Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to facilitate coordinated patient care Qualifications

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution Certifications

Current state licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, orthopedic) are advantageous but not mandatory Essential Skills

Prior experience in a similar setting is highly preferred Proficiency in managing patients with complex medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and collaborative abilities Comfortable with digital documentation and clinical charting systems Rewards
