Description Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans Deliver physical therapy interventions that prioritize mobility, strength, endurance, and overall function Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercises Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility protocols and industry regulations Participate in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to promote integrated patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution Certifications

State licensure required for

Physical Therapists CPR certification is preferred Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory Skills

Previous experience is strongly recommended Competence in addressing patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Proficient in utilizing digital charting and clinical documentation software Benefits
