+$2.00/hour About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
to join our treatment teams across Arizona. As an essential member of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, the PCT works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing
direct patient care
in crisis and inpatient settings.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient and unit safety, identifying and escalating concerns, and contributing to high-quality behavioral health care for individuals facing crisis, substance use, homelessness, or mental illness. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients under the direction of an RN.
Support patient safety by monitoring the unit and addressing environmental or patient-specific risks.
Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to support patient needs.
Respond to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
Document care accurately and professionally. Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Associate's Degree or higher.
Minimum
6 months of healthcare-related experience
with exposure to behavioral and/or medical crisis situations.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $16-$20/hour
(based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Weeknight (Mon-Thurs): +10%
Weekend Day (Sat-Sun): +$1.00/hour
Weekend Night (Fri-Sun): +$2.00/hour Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks!)
