Love Seattle? Be a Volunteer Driver to help a Senior

By giving seniors the means to get to important medical appointments, we offer independence, health, and inclusion. Volunteer drivers are the fuel for Sound Generations' Volunteer Transportation program. Our volunteer drivers use their own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available) to drive adults 55 and over to their medical appointments. Drivers choose how often, when and where they want to provide this personalized door to door service. Clients are enormously grateful for access rides provide and the meaningful interactions with caring volunteer drivers. Demand is high. Can driving be your way of sharing your time and talents and connecting to your community?
