ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with Mathis Insurance and Financial Services Inc, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This is a part time position offering 15-20 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to obtain P&C insurance license within 30 days and Life/Health license within 90 days Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Our office is located in Vacaville, CA. I am a second generation State Farm agent.
