We’re on a mission to help homeowners take control of their energy costs through clean, affordable solar solutions. As we expand our remote sales force, we’re looking for motivated and ambitious professionals to join our team.

Position Overview: We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our sales efforts in the Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. This fully remote, commission-based role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance and enjoy outbound prospecting and lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns

Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers

Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners

Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT

Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools

Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set

Qualifications:

Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming

Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is strongly preferred

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment

High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented

Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus

Compensation:

100% commission-based – no base salary

Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
