About the Role
The
Surrogacy Specialist
plays a pivotal role in guiding gestational carriers (GCs) and Intended Parents (IPs) through the surrogacy journey. This highly organized and compassionate professional manages every stage of the process—from surrogate recruitment and qualification to matching, screenings, and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional empathy, and has strong case management experience within surrogacy, third-party reproduction, or IVF coordination.
We are seeking a
Surrogacy Specialist
to join our team at Pinnacle Fertility.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and qualify gestational carriers (GCs) in alignment with ASRM criteria. Facilitate the matching process by assessing compatibility, coordinating introductions, and guiding both GCs and IPs. Coordinate medical, psychological, and legal screenings for surrogates and intended parents. Oversee cycle calendars, insurance verification, escrow funding, and clinic coordination. Manage case files in CRM/EHR, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Provide ongoing support and serve as the single point of contact throughout the surrogacy journey. Ensure timely, proactive communication with all parties through each stage (screening → match → transfer → pregnancy → delivery). Close cases post-birth, ensuring proper legal parentage and expense reconciliation. Maintain compliance with ASRM, clinic, and legal standards at every step. Position Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in surrogacy, third-party reproduction, IVF coordination, or related case management. Familiarity with ASRM guidelines and fertility clinic operations. Skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with experience handling multiple complex cases. Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and discretion. Proven success in recruiting, matching, and/or case management. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in tracking, documenting, and maintaining compliance in CRM/EHR systems. Compensation & Benefits
