UNITY HEALTH AND REHAB, A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LOCATED IN MIAMI, FL IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON). MUST HAVE AN RN LICENSE.
As an ADON you will assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day function of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Facility.
Additional compensation includes: 1.5X Holiday Pay 1.5X Overtime Pay
for every hour worked over 40 hours per week Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision) 401k PTO Responsibilities and Duties of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Include:
Assist the Director of Nursing Services (the "Director") in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility. Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating our written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department. Qualifications of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
Must possess, a valid unencumbered RN state license and a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
