Hunt for new business and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships. Build trusted relationships with executives, engineers, and operations leaders. Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations that win deals. Negotiate contracts, close business, and celebrate wins. Support clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing success. Travel to customers and industry events - becoming a true ambassador. What We're Looking For
3 years of B2B technical sales experience (manufacturing/engineering preferred). Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship-driven sales style. Tech-savvy, confident in CRM tools (NetSuite a plus) and Microsoft Office. Driven self-starter who thrives on independence AND teamwork. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
