INVESTOR DELIVERY SPECIALIST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Investor Delivery Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery of mortgage loans to investors. They will work with internal and external contacts to clear conditions and/or provide required documents while prioritizing delivery by scheduled commitment delivery dates.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Ensure proper documentation and data is delivered to investors accurately and timely for review and commitment funding
Proactively monitor commitment dates to ensure their review and certification occurs prior to the commitment delivery date
Works with collateral team to ensure all original collateral is sent to the investor timely
Responsible for knowing the loan delivery guidelines and meeting specific loan delivery requirements of each investor and their various systems
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing ULDD, uploading from the LOS and clearing edits
Monitor Loan Delivery Mandatory Trades and Best Efforts pipelines daily for upcoming lock expiration dates
Prepares all credit and closing document file bundles for investor delivery
Verifies that all files delivered previous day were delivered successfully
Works with internal operations teams to clear deficiencies as needed
Maintains current knowledge of industry, investor, and loan delivery guidelines/changes
Other duties as/or assigned by management
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications *
H.S. Diploma
Minimum 3 years recent mortgage experience required
Minimum 2 years recent secondary/loan delivery experience required
Additional Qualifications
Solid knowledge of and experience with industry technology tools including but not limited to: Fannie Mae Loan Delivery, UCDP, ULDD, and Microsoft Office
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities at once and manage deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Compensation Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
