Our client, a reputable company specialising in infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Planner to join their team. This permanent role is based near Northampton, working on HS2. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the Planning function to prioritise and coordinate construction and design activities\nMaintain delivery of the main Civils Works contract\nBuild, optimise, and update project plans during project execution\nAssist on all scheduling related matters internally and externally with the client\nUndertake all planning activities and work to improve and optimise Construction Project Plans\nCollaborate closely with the area lead and subcontractors\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience using Primavera P6\nExperience in a similar position within a construction environment\nDemonstrable experience and knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques\nUnderstanding of NEC3 contracts\nExcellent Excel skills\nKnowledge of the O365 package\nRecognised professional membership (e.g., ICE, APM, PMP)\nHold a Full Driving License and have access to a vehicle\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive salary\nOpportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project\nProfessional development and training opportunities\nCollaborative and innovative work environment\nComprehensive employee benefits package\nIf you are an experienced Planner looking for a new opportunity to further your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, we would love to hear from you.
