$22.00 - $29.00/hr on W2 Shifts:
1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Job Summary:
The
Industrial Maintenance Technician II
is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, limited troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production and facility equipment in an industrial environment. This includes inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and minor mechanical work, as well as assisting in predictive maintenance data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PMs and predictive maintenance per CMMS schedule Inspect motors, gearboxes, bearings, sprockets, chains, etc. Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants Conduct oil, vibration, ultrasound, and infrared thermography analyses Receive and inspect lubricant deliveries Suggest improvements for maintenance methods and equipment performance Use hand tools, laptops, and diagnostic hardware Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and PPE requirements Maintain flexibility in scheduling and job duties as needed Complete other tasks assigned by Manager or Supervisor Minimum Requirements:
0-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
or
a 2-year degree in a related field Additional Info:
Must pass a pre-employment drug test No sponsorship available Security access badge required May require alternate shifts, weekends, or holidays Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stretching Extensive walking and repetitive wrist movement Ability to differentiate wire colors Must use utility knives and work in a professional manner under stress Special Requirements:
Must wear steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other PPE Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
