2800 Marcus Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11042 Hours:
37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:00pm Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional patient care as part of a dynamic clinical team. Prepare examination rooms and equipment prior to and after procedures. Conduct safety checks and verify the functionality of medical equipment. Ensure sterilization and disinfection of all instruments and devices. Assist with the collection and delivery of specimens during procedures. Support patient intake and transport, along with documentation of physician observations. Monitor vital signs by placing necessary devices on patients. Facilitate training sessions by distributing information regarding equipment or instruments. Enhance professional skills by participating in in-service trainings. Assist with pre- and post-visit planning and follow-up patient calls. Execute other duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications to Consider: Required:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care and medical office environments, along with familiarity working with medical equipment. Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Preferred: Understanding of medical terminology. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Essential Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional detail orientation. Capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
