Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator position assists with the day-to-day maintenance and facility needs of facility, including facility security, equipment maintenance, and general building maintenance. Coordinates facility maintenance, vendors, and activities within offices and departments. Assist Facilities Manager in tracking of facility occupancy, headcount, floorplans, and general facilities support. What You'll Do: Facilities Maintenance & Support: Handles badge security and door access program Runs reports on access, security, and ad hoc reports Issues employee access cards and maintains the integrity of the system Perform regular floor inspections/preventative maintenance schedules. Facilitates all maintenance coordination and schedule work on the floors as needed. Maintains seating/office plans Facilitates inter-departmental requests and concerns Coordinates the set-up and breakdown of large meetings Maintains seating/office building maps Coordinates office moves and as well as office restack as needed Provides support to Reception Desk as a back-up, lunches, vacations/sick time off Kadence Administration/Floor Updates (hoteling) General Office Administration: Process invoices for payment Assist in Onboarding/Offboarding from a facilities perspective Order and stock supplies as needed as back-up to Receptionist & Day Porter. Mailroom: Mailroom duties including processing inbound and outbound mail Shipping support daily Safety & Security: Coordinates Floor Safety Team and works with building management for fire drills Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility looking for any safety related concerns and coordinate repairs & floor upkeep. What You'll Need: High School Education 5+ years of administrative or facilities background Exceptional communication and customer service skills High level of resourcefulness Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with people at all levels both inside and outside of the company Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to handle diverse work assignments Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in handling day-to-day activities Ability to work unsupervised Ability to take initiative and to be self-motivated and a great teammate. Where You'll Work: This is an on-site role that will report out of our corporate office in the Woodlands, TX.
