REQUIREMENTS: Possesses New Jersey certification as Principal or School Administrator certificate. Minimum of three years teaching experience. Has obtained a minimum of a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Successfully completes required criminal history check and has proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. PREFERENCES:

Has previous successful administrative experience, preferable at the building level. Relates well with students, including when handling discipline and HIB concerns. Possesses strong human relations, problem solving, decision making, and communications skills. Demonstrates educational leadership in the areas of academic achievement, implementing best instructional practices, and systems thinking. Demonstrates effective observation practices that provides constructive, meaningful feedback that grows teachers. Strong communication skills, takes initiative, and follows through with expectations.

REPORTS TO:

Superintendent

JOB GOAL : 1. To use leadership and management skills so as to promote the educational

development of each student.

2. Develops a strong school community that is focused on achievement.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Full Time, 12 Month

PAY RATE:

$110,000 (minimum)
