Job Description
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Perform regular audits of production lines and provide feedback to enhance performance. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports and certifications. Train staff on quality assurance practices and protocols. Support new product development by establishing quality standards. Monitor supplier quality and work with vendors to resolve issues. The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality expectations.
