The company is on the lookout for a visionary Global Head of Talent Acquisition to spearhead its global talent strategy and influence the future of its workforce. This key role will involve crafting and implementing a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier talent and drives company growth.
In this position, you will lead and inspire a high-performing global team of recruitment professionals, collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure optimal talent alignment, and champion an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, a passion for enhancing the candidate journey, and proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes continuously. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 12 years' experience in talent acquisition within a global organization, particularly in the tech sector.
Proven expertise in leading talent acquisition teams, knowledge of effective strategies including employer branding and diversity recruiting, and a track record of enhancing candidate experiences are essential. We're looking for someone who is an expert collaborator, a trusted strategic advisor, and a skilled problem solver capable of driving operational excellence while managing a global TA budget.
