About the Role The Company is seeking a visionary Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the design, scaling, and management of a world-class recruiting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and predictable hiring outcomes, building and leading a high-performing, AI-first TA team, and elevating the employer brand and candidate experience. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or global scale-up recruiting, particularly in the fields of AI, industrial tech, or supply chain. The Global Head of Talent Acquisition will be at the forefront of the company's mission to position itself as a top employer in the supply chain and AI software sectors, and will be instrumental in the implementation of data- and AI-driven recruiting processes.
