Carlow University invites applicants to fill a full-time faculty position,
Director of Graduate Nursing Clinical Education (DCE ) in the College of Health and Wellness. Position to begin in August 2025. The Director of Graduate Nursing Clinical Education (DCE) plays a vital leadership role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of clinical education for the Graduate Nursing programs, both hybrid and online delivery formats. This individual ensures high-quality, compliant, and student-centered clinical experiences that prepare graduates to deliver advanced, evidence-based, and compassionate care. The DCE collaborates closely with faculty, clinical partners, preceptors, accrediting bodies, and students to maintain the integrity and excellence of the clinical curriculum. We seek an individual with the following minimum qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license Current Nurse Practitioner certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical practice experience, preferably in an advanced practice rol The ideal candidates will have: • A deep commitment to effective teaching, curriculum development, interprofessional practice, student engagement, and mentoring. • Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively. • A commitment to professional academic service within the University, college, and community
