Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor vital signs and assist with mobility to ensure comfort and safety. Provide compassionate, personalized care to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, families, and teammates. Maintain a clean, safe, and cozy environment for all. What We're Looking For:
Current
STNA certification
in Ohio. A genuine passion for providing care with warmth and empathy. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a smile to match the season! Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
