Job Responsibilities Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy approaches to help them meet their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and family members on therapeutic techniques to nurture progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and adapt treatment regimens to maintain patient trajectories Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university Ongoing education or relevant post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported Licensure
