Job Description Customized Care Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy approaches to help them meet their objectives. Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday tasks. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide integrated, all-encompassing care. Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to ensure continued progress outside of the clinical setting. Progress Monitoring: Document clinical advancements and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track with their goals. Education

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Ongoing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications

Valid

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
