Responsibilities (Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison): • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison assists with all aspects of Self-Directed Service provisions • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison attends SD Participants Life Plan reviews and COS meetings as requested. • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison reviews Life Plans for accuracy of Self-Directed services. • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison reviews Staff Actions Plans for accuracy against SD Participant's Life Plans and ensures they are in Mains'l. • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison ensures all monthly summaries are complete and have all required information for billing • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison reviews monthly expenses submitted by SD Participant in Mains'l for accuracy, back up documentation, and approval • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison audits SD Participants to ensure that required documentation is obtained and on file (Life Plan, Staff Action Plan, COS notes, LECD's and MSN's). • The Fiscal Intermediary-Self Direction Liaison reviews timesheets for valued outcomes and required documentation and approve. • Monitor SD Participant budget utilization • Self-Directed Housing quality assurance in-home checks yearly. • Build relationships with Support Brokers and Care Managers • Work closely with Finance Department and FI Team • Assist with on-boarding staff (JOT form, application) • Participate in OPWDD (webinars/trainings) • Participates in internal and external audits (OPWDD) • Ensure EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) guidelines are enforced and followed by Self Hire staff.
Requirements: • High School Diploma • Computer literate, Microsoft office, Excel, ADP, Mains'l, EVV app. • Verbal and organizational skills • Detailed oriented • Valid driver license • Familiar and/or knowledge of OPWDD policies
