Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, programming, and maintenance of PLC-controlled production equipment. The PLC Engineer supports production efficiency, automation improvements, and ensures that all equipment operates according to safety and quality standards.
1.Develop, debug, and optimize PLC programs to ensure stable equipment operation.
2.Participate in equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and upgrades, supporting new equipment introduction.
3.Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for automated production equipment.
4.Prepare equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation.
5.Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues, improving efficiency and quality.
6.Support continuous improvement projects, including automation upgrades and energy optimization.
7.Communicate and train with suppliers to ensure equipment meets technical standards.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2.Proficient in PLC programming and debugging (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
3.Experience in industrial automation equipment maintenance, modification, and commissioning; automotive or components industry preferred.
4.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for equipment troubleshooting.
5.Familiar with electrical diagrams, control principles, and safety regulations.
