Cerner EMR Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$2450 - $2620 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active California RN license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience 3-5 years of combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, or Cath Lab At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months Proficiency with Cerner charting system COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Ability to float to other units or facilities within a 75+ mile radius Teaching hospital experience preferred Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures Demonstrate expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization, including sterile technique and equipment management Monitor procedural sedation and manage cardiac dysrhythmias Perform left/right heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and advanced cardiac procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Accurately document patient care activities in Cerner EMR Adapt to variable shift start times and float to other departments as needed
