Digital Marketing Specialist
is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: Oversee routine website updates, ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with best practices. Partner with vendors and the AVP of Marketing and Digital Banking to recommend website enhancements and implement emerging technologies that support digital growth. Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies, including automated member journey campaigns, to enhance engagement and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across website promotions, email, paid search/PPC, and in-app advertising. Execute SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search rankings. Manage reporting and analytics for website, email, marketing automation, and digital campaigns, providing insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Specialist to manage social media presence, including follower engagement, promotions, contests, and issue resolution. Maintain and update the company's intranet to ensure employees have access to current and relevant information. Ensure the company's brand is maintained and that all materials comply with credit union policy and financial institution regulations. Adhere to compliance requirements, including AML laws (BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act), business continuity, and vendor management policies. Specific qualifications for the position include :
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Cognitive Science, or another relevant field (required). A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or website development, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI, marketing automation, and journey mapping. The ability to conceptualize and create PowerPoint presentations (including charts and graphs), interpret data, and perform basic mathematical calculations and ratio analysis. Pay Rate Range :
$25.00- $30.00 an hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
