Overview
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for the overall marketing strategies that support Bank regions and lines of business. The role includes development of cohesive marketing plans and analytics, creative revisions, and compliance approvals. The specialist implements digital marketing plans and conducts ongoing analysis to ensure efforts align with expectations. Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for all products/services in the digital space. Collaborate with agencies on content/creative development for email marketing, e-drops, events, and digital demand generation advertising campaigns. Successfully manage and execute marketing initiatives and small projects. Act as a marketing subject matter expert, providing best practices, trends, and recommendations to marketing program managers and business partners. Prepare and execute marketing plans for assigned regions and/or lines of business under the supervision of a direct supervisor. Provide support to other marketing program managers in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions to improve overall results. Process routine paperwork, including compliance, legal, accounting and payables under direct instruction of immediate supervisor. Compliance
Accountable for adhering to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned. Qualifications
1-3 years of marketing experience BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study Excellent writing and communication skills Senioriy level
