Shift Breakdown:

3x12 hrs

Shift:

12 hours, nights

Position: RN – ICU/Tele Location: WY (or compact license accepted)

Unit Details:

11-bed ICU/Tele unit (all ages; occasional peds – RSV, DKA).

Patient types: Ventilated, post-cardiac cath, IABP, sepsis, COPD, post-op, trauma, limited neuro.

Ratio: 2–3 patients per nurse.

Support: CPS, Lab, Radiology, Hospitalists (24/7), eICU.

Equipment/Charting:

Meditech, bedside med verification

Vent, BiPAP, Swan, transvenous pacers, IV pumps, Philips monitors

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU (Tele & EKG proficiency required)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC (AHA required)

License: WY or Compact RN license

Schedule:

12-hour shifts (rotating or fixed); call not required but possible.

Orientation: 3 shifts on the unit with ICU RN (no classroom).

Dress Code: Navy scrubs
