Where You Come In

As an Account Director - Demand, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for owning high-value DSP relationships. You will act as the strategic partner for clients, driving retention, revenue growth, and adoption of Verve's suite of demand solutions.

Unlike people-management roles, this position emphasizes direct client leadership, strategy, and execution. You will serve as the senior point of contact, guiding clients' programmatic strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals through Verve's platform.

What You Will Do Own senior client relationships across DSPs, serving as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for product adoption, cross-sell/upsell, and long-term partnership expansion. Develop account strategies and quarterly growth plans, ensuring client KPIs and business outcomes are consistently met. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, analytics, and supply teams to deliver seamless execution and maximize client success. Lead QBRs and strategic business reviews with executive-level stakeholders, turning performance insights into actionable recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends, programmatic best practices, and market dynamics, positioning Verve as an innovative partner of choice. Act as a mentor by influence - sharing best practices and elevating the broader account management team's knowledge, without direct line management responsibilities. What We Will Need

6-8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in

programmatic demand, DSP relationships, and/or agency account management . Proven track record of

driving retention and revenue growth

within key accounts. Strong understanding of the

programmatic ecosystem

including DSPs, data, mobile, in-app, CTV, and measurement partners. Ability to

engage executive-level stakeholders

and lead strategic conversations that translate into long-term client value. Skilled at managing complex client needs in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. What We Offer

The salary range for this position is USD 175-188K OTE per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
