Sammamish, WA !
Key Details: Pay:
$23 - 31/hour, DOE; plus bonus opportunities! Schedule:
3 days/week, rotating days between Monday - Thursday, 7:15am - 5:15pm (~30 hours + benefit eligible!) Benefits:

You're an enthusiastic and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You love working chairside with doctors to educate and engage patients, helping promote lifelong dental and overall health. You're energized by meaningful patient interaction and take pride in creating positive experiences for individuals, children, and families.
Other qualifications include:
1+ years' experience in Orthodontic Assisting Current State of Washington Dental Assistant Registration Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, parents, and clinic staff Healthcare BLS and WISHA trainings, preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment professional references check What You'll Do:
As an Orthodontic Assistant you will work chairside with the doctor to promote good dental and general health through education and patient interaction.
A typical day will consist of:
Preparing patients for appointments by welcoming, soothing, seating and draping patient Answer questions and provide parents, or guardians with information about patients' oral health, treatment, and hygiene Communicate and work alongside dental staff to provide the patient with high level of care Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures Place and remove brackets and bands Take digital x-rays and clinical photographs Perform intraoral scanning (Invisalign) and bonding of attachments Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Fabricate retainers and other lab tasks Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care
