What’s a typical day as a Sales & Inventory Coordinator? You’ll be:
Supporting the sales team with tasks like order entry, tracking, invoicing, and verifying acknowledgements
Receiving and tagging incoming product
Coordinating and conducting quarterly inventory counts
Utilizing Excel, Word, 12-key, and scanners for efficient operations
Maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED
(required)
Bring 3+ years of sales support experience, preferably in the lumber or building materials industry
Have 3+ years of inventory or receiving experience
Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure
Are proficient with Excel, Word, and data entry tools (including 12-key)
