Objectives/Purpose
The Human Resources Partner provides essential HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network. This role is responsible for supporting designated districts and coordinating, implementing, and monitoring HR programs and policies across various plasma center locations. You will provide training and coaching to district and center management in employment-related matters, acting as a key business partner in the BioLife HR team.
Key Job Responsibilities
Support organizational initiatives focused on leadership development, performance management, employee training and development, compensation, and employee relations.
Work collaboratively with district and center management to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Conduct in-person employee listening sessions to assess workplace environment and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop, implement, and support HR programs and processes that bolster the effectiveness of the BioLife business.
Analyze trends in turnover, hiring, and grievances to suggest preventative actions for unfavorable trends.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and effective resolution of complaints and performance challenges.
Participate in local talent planning, including training and development plans, and support talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring strategies.
Provide training to new and existing managers on HR topics and employee management.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to identify areas for improvement.
Assist managers during employee leave of absence processes, ensuring clear communication and support.
Oversee the Reasonable Accommodation process.
Manage additional HR and business projects as assigned.
Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of Human Resources generalist experience required.
Preferred experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working in a large/matrix organization is a plus.
Capacity to work independently with minimal direction.
Additional Information
Willingness to travel to various BioLife locations up to 50-60%, including overnight trips.

U.S. Base Salary Range
$111,800.00 - $175,670.00
This salary range represents an anticipated range for this position. Actual base salary may vary based on several factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, specialized skills, educational background, certifications, and job location.
U.S.-based employees may be eligible for incentives and participate in various benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement programs, paid volunteer time off, and well-being benefits. Additionally, employees can accrue sick time and paid vacation.
