BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE The Human Resources Partner is essential in providing HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network. This role will assist designated districts and coordinate, implement, and monitor HR programs and policies across various plasma center locations. You will provide training and coaching to district and center management on employment-related matters. This position is a crucial business partner to the center and district management. Key Responsibilities: Support organizational initiatives for leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee training, and compliance.

Collaborate with district and center management to foster employee engagement and retention.

Conduct in-person field-based employee listening sessions to assess the workplace environment and make recommendations to management based on feedback.

Develop and implement HR programs to enhance overall business effectiveness.

Analyze turnover, hiring, promotion, and separation trends to recommend actions for improvement.

Manage employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, effective investigations, and appropriate actions.

Participate in local talent planning, supporting training, development, and talent management processes.

Work with Talent Acquisition to meet workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring needs.

Provide management training to new and existing managers across the network.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to identify and address issues.

Assist managers with employee leave of absence processes and answer related questions.

Oversee leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes.

Assist with other HR and business projects as assigned.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree required.

3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role required.

Experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Prior experience in a large/matrix organization is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Willingness to travel to various BioLife locations up to 50-60%, including overnight trips. BioLife Compensation and Benefits Summary We are committed to equitable pay and transparency in our pay practices. Our U.S. base salary range for this position is $111,800.00 - $175,670.00. Actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, and location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for various benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
