We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, using job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine suitability for available positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience
Use evaluation methods as needed to assess candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate criteria for open positions
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, and training as needed
What we’re looking for:
1-3 years of experience as a recruiter or a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools
Knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices
Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and engage with candidates effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A commitment of 10-15 hours per week for a minimum duration of six months is required.
